Just got an email from our Chief Technology Officer over here at NextGen Realty and I am proud to say that our company (which includes Jacob Realty and Boardwalk Properties) will be the first company to employ video tours for apartment rentals.

Much like a virtual tour for our sales listings, you can now view our apartment listings as if you were walking through the apartment yourself. Our new server is up and running and now we have to go out and get video of all the luxury buildings and apartments we have avaiable. This could take a while with 50,000 listings - just thought of that.
Look for the virtual tours soon on all our websites. It will make your life that much easier!!
