Required Reading for Investors

I just re-read Confessions of a Real Estate Entrepreneur by James A. Randel (McGraw Hill). Confessions of a Real Estate Entrepreneur

What a great book for investors and beginners alike. James is a local New Englander so it is easy to relate to his experiences.
Each chapter is about a different deal he has done. Not a bunch of theories. My copy is all marked up and filled with notes. I highly recommend this book.

Full Disclosure: I have never met James A. Randel nor have I been approached by McGraw Hill to promote his book. I just really like this book.

Check out Barnes & Noble if you want to buy this book.
