Man O Man… Every Year you think it is going to be dead in August and then…the Procrastinators start calling. Freaking out of course screaming, “I need an apartment.” Most rental brokers are preparing for their Sept. 1st move ins (One Agent in my Office has 50 of them). Suffice to say we are all just a little bit short on sleep right now as we help new clients find apartments and prepare existing clients for move ins.

Tonight I will post a “To Do List” for new Tenants when taking over an apartment. Right now I need to replace my Red Bull IV.
