Just a quick note for the landlords in Brookline, Newton and West Roxbury; delead your apartments, please! There are some highly qualified families financially that are looking in your area and not enough deleaded apartments to go around.

One apartment my firm just helped delead saw a bidding war on it days after the landlord had her certificate in hand. I know it’s a pain to go through the process but once done. The quality of your tenants skyrockets financially and you’ll be able to raise your rents.
