It’s September, look for some action this Fall but with lots of inventory, you’ll need to keep your prices competitive. This is quickly becoming a buyers market here in New England. The median home sales price is currently $438,000.00 and at a 5.8% growth rate compared to a national average of 14.7%.

Overall, the Northeast average was best 13.2% compared to lower numbers nationally.
