My friends will tell you that I often try to be diplomatic, but to me it’s easier to be a straight shooter with people.

But if your real estate tastes take you abroad you can live the part of a diplomat by owning their former compounds and estates. The State Department is liquidating its portfolio of older embassys now that they’ve completed their latest round of upgrades.
