Hello, and thank you for stopping bye the Boston Real Estate Blog. My name is James Morrison and I am an overworked/unappreciated broker with NextGen Realty in Boston, Massachusetts. Just Kidding! I conduct this blog with the same Mission Statement that I use to service my clients. That Statement is: “So others may live - Comfortably”

I specialize in investments. The Majority of my Clients are individual investors who wish to liquidate or add to their already existing portfolio’s. I have a soft spot for people who want to start investing in Real Estate and work very hard to help them find their first deal. That said I have extensive knowledge of all aspects of the Real Estate Market in Boston and throughout Massachusetts. I will post entries on this blog to help consumers like yourself make more knowledgeable decisions on your next purchase (and even rental).

The purpose of this Blog is not to be a Spin Doctor. There are parts of our market that are on fire, look around and you will see all sorts of commercial construction going on. That said, you will also see historically high inventories of condo’s and single family homes that are only know beginning to level out unfortunately there prices have not yet.

My hope is for you to become more knowledgeable and henceforth more confidant in your next real estate adventure.
