Only 20 days remain in this current rental season. If you’re a tenant that waited till the last minute you are certainly in the drivers seat. Inventories are extremely high. Landlords, if you haven’t already, now is the time to pullout all the stops: Pay the Brokers Fee, Ask for less money up front, reduce the price of you apartment. Every applicant you get from now on out is going to expect some type of concession from you.
